RSPH Level 3 Certificate in the Safe Use of Fumigants for the Management of Invertebrate Pests

What does the qualification involve?

Whilst fumigants can be very effective in managing a range of invertebrate pests, it also carries significant risks to the operator, the public, the wider environment and non-target species. 

This accredited qualification is designed to help pest technicians to understand how to develop different strategies for fumigation, and to transport, store, use and dispose of fumigation compounds in a safe and effective manner.

This qualification is regulated by Ofqual and CCEA.

• Specialist ‘fumigation bubbles’
