Social prescribing helps to connect people with services and resources in communities that can help them to improve their health and wellbeing. Our accredited Level 3 qualification will help you to build the skills and knowledge needed to carry out the role of a social prescribing Link Worker, supporting the health of individuals, groups and communities.

What is social prescribing?
Social prescribing is an approach that connects people to activities, groups, and services in their community to meet the practical, social and emotional needs that affect their health and wellbeing.
This accredited qualification is designed to help you to understand the key principles and concepts of social prescribing, and to develop the core skills and knowledge required to carry out the role of a social prescribing Link Worker.
This qualification is regulated by Ofqual.

How long does it take to complete?
