Once you have launched the course in ‘My Learning’, to navigate through the course, you need to use the 'And' buttons either side of the page. You can access all the topics from the 'Main Menu' screen within the eLearning programme, but be aware that for some of our courses, you must complete the topics in chronological order. You can access the 'Main Menu' at any time by clicking on the 'Menu' button at the bottom left of each screen.
The RSPH Learn platform tracks your progress, so you can complete your course in multiple sittings.
Our programmes can be accessed via a computer, tablet or smartphone. However, the design and layout of some of our programmes has been optimised for a computer/larger screen. If you do not have access to a computer or tablet, please access the course in portrait mode.
-
Once you have completed the course, you can access your CPD certificate through the ‘My Achievements’ section of your profile. You will also be sent an automated completion email with a copy of your certificate to the email registered on your RSPH Learn account.
If you have purchased a course with eAssessment, you will first need to book and pass the assessment before your qualification certificate will be sent to you.
Assessment options for online learning
Some of our eLearning courses come with the option of completing an assessment to gain a recognised qualification (regulated by OFQUAL/CEAA). An RSPH assessed qualification is a great way of continuing your professional development and showing your commitment to best practice in public health.
If you would like to gain a qualification after completing your eLearning programme, you will need to purchase and register for the official examination. Our exams follow the same format as the practice assessment within your eLearning course and will be invigilated under exam conditions.
-
If you have purchased a qualification-based eLearning course with assessment we will be in touch with you to organise a remote assessment.
Our remote invigilations ensures that you can complete your RSPH eLearning course assessment and gain your qualification. However, you will need to have access to a computer with a webcam and microphone and we are unable to invigilate via phone/video call on a mobile phone, due to assessment regulations. If you do not have access to the above equipment you can contact our eLearning team to discuss alternative options.
Please note that you don't need to purchase an eLearning course with assessment, unless you plan on sitting the assessment to gain the official qualification. If you have any questions about eLearning assessment options, please contact our elearning team on 020 7265 7372 or email our eLearning team for more information

Just to note, that this will be an additional cost to the registration fee and any other associated costs for the qualification being taken.
-
If you would like to cancel or reschedule your eAssessment you will need to contact us at least five days before your original eAssessment date. Any notifications for cancellations or rescheduling received after this time will incur an additional fee of £16.50.
