What is this course about?

Through this course, you will increase your knowledge about food allergens, the risks they pose, and how to control those risks.

How long does it take to complete? 

This course consists of 8 hours of online study that you can undertake at your leisure. Your progress will be saved inside the RSPH Learn LMS and you can come back to it at your own pace. 

Assessment and certification 

Once you have completed the course, you’ll have the option to take an additional assessment to gain your recognised qualification. The assessment costs £30.00 on top of the price of the course and can be taken online or in person.
